ABOUT GFWC - MICHIGAN

The General Federation of Women's Club was founded in 1890. It is one of the world's oldest nonpartisan, nondenominational women's volunteer service organizations and it is well into its second century of volunteer service in communities throughout the United States and the world. GFWC Michigan  was organized March 20, 1895.  GFWC Michigan was admitted to the General Federation of Women's Clubs December 27, 1895.  GFWC Michigan celebrated their centennial in 1995.
